St Mary's Food Bank

Serves the needs of people in Mississauga by providing hot meals and food bank to low income clients who require a helping hand.

Knights Table

Serves the needs of people in the Peel region by providing hot meals, baked goods and food bank to people facing hunger and poverty.

  • fosters healthy eating habits with seniors and alleviates social isolation

  • from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on weekdays and 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm on weekends and holidays

Provides help to people from every background and walk of life. Please call ahead to register for the meal.
